Cookies Cream Cheese Cake recipie

Ingredients :
250g Anchor or Philadelphia Cheese, chopped
2 cans of cream (175g each)
1/2 can condensed milk
1/4 lemon
125g cheddar cheese
Digestive or Marie biscuits



Methods :
1. Beat the cream for seven minutes until thick. Set it aside.
2. Beat the finely chopped cheese together with 1/2 can of condensed milk until creamy and frothy.
3. Add in 1/4 lemon into the cheese mixture and beat for another 2 minutes.
4. Now, place biscuits in row and columns in a baking tray (avoid overlapping). Brush the cream across the biscuits.
5. Spread a layer of cheese lightly and evenly over the top of the cream.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to make the next layer.
7. Sprinkle 125g of cheddar cheese as the topping of the cake.
8. Refrigerate in the freezer for an hour.
