I need a larger wardrobe, seriously.

I have been doing shopping for 3 days in a row ever since I ended my finals on Tuesday! I spent a lot on clothing and little accessories. As you all know "a girl's wardrobe is never full". But one thing I am sure of is that I'm not a shopaholic *evil smirk! I only do shopping when I get really stressed or whenever exam is over. Oh well, I lied actually. To be frank, I do shopping whenever I feel like to! Haha :D I can't deny that shopping is just so therapeutic like baking pretty cupcakes and yummy treats. I always complaint to my mom that the wardrobe at Urbanest is ridiculously small as compared to the one I had back in Malaysia. I wish I could have another wardrobe but the bedroom at Urbanest is too cramped. So I think I will just have to forget about getting another wardrobe. Maybe I should buy some lid lifted containers from Target to store my folded clothes. Otherwise the wardrobe is going to explode soon, no joking.

Anyway, I'm leaving Brisbane to Malaysia tomorrow morning. So fucking eggcited *Sounds a lil rude here but I couldn't think of any other better word to compliment my feeling now. I miss my daddy, mommy and sissies. As well as my best buddies, friends and FOODS! Noms! Gotta sleep early tonight so that my eyes won't look too puffy tomorrow. I will do more update once I am back in Kuching, meow!

No unsteady flow questions please!

Two more papers to go and I will be free from the exam disaster! I will be sitting for Engg1050 paper at 5.45pm today, pretty late huh? Hopefully the questions wouldn't be that difficult like what we'd been tested on mid semester. The unsteady flow questions were ridiculously hard and almost everyone screwed up.

I can't wait for my exam to end soon! So that I can go shopping with Jenn, Alaistar and Junee! I gotta go study my notes to freshen up my mind abit! Bye!

One down & 3 more to go

Had my math 1052 paper at UQ lecture theatre yesterday. The paper wasn't too bad, it was pretty much like the past year papers. I didn't expect there will be any question on the limit topic because none of the past year questions has it. Anyway, what's done has been done. Hopefully I can get good result! Fingers-crossed! Gotta study hard for the next 3 papers! Ciao!

Cadbury's bubbly bar, my current love!

Eating my life away with my new-found lust for minty bubbly bar!

And I have just tried out Cadbury's newly released flavored chocolate bar another day, it is in dark chocolate! How I wish I could have all my favorite chocolates and candies in maybe .. let's say 10 consecutive days! Because I know I will literally get so sick of them if I have them everyday for my in between meals snack.

I think I am going to gain like 3 kilos since I got so used to emotional eating during study week and exam period! Not a healthy fetish hahar. I have been dying hard to put on some weight and I even tried protein shakes and milk before. Too bad they didn't work on me, so I gave up on them and opt to eat more lean meat and red meat! Tips anyone?

Speaking of food, I'll be having roast Portuguese chicken for lunch later! And continue with my revision, exam in 3 days time *fingers-crossed!

My favorite Korean girl band has finally unleashes their new music video "The Boys"! Their edgy-looking make-ups and stylish ensembles make the nine girls look overwhelmingly fab! And also, I adore Sunny's new haircut but I am too chicken to give it a try hehe. Check out the video. I prefer the English version, though.

Continental "cook in bag"

I bought this Continental teriyaki fish flavored 'cook in bag' thingie from Woolworth last week. I used it to cook salmon for lunch today. It is the most convenient and easy way to prepare your meals in high nutritional value. Best invention ever! You just have to mix the recipe base together with some water, soy sauce and honey. I used dark soy sauce to replace honey instead. Too bad I finished the leftover honey to bake honey cornflakes cups last week. And just put whatever vegetables you want into the provided oven bag. Next, lay the salmon over your favorite veggies and pour in the liquid mixture. You can substitute salmon with any fish you like. I am using salmon because I think salmon always goes well with teriyaki sauce. Last and final step, you just have to tie a knot, put into the oven and let it bake for about 20 minutes. The result came out quite good. The flesh is tender and juicy! It is very different from baking salmon with aluminum foil wrapping which turns out to be dry and a little bit burnt if you don't brush the fish with enough oil. It is really convenient for lazy people like me! BIG SMILE! Continental cook in bag totally saves my time!

Snacking & Mugging

Family size fries from Red Rooster and chocolate bars, best snacks to have while mugging for exam :)

I MISS MALAYSIA FOOD!

I got up around 5 this morning and god knows why. Fyi, I had a glass of warm milk before bedtime and yeah I couldn't hold it any longer. So, I have to wake up straight and go pee. I didn't want to wet my bed (er, that's gross IKR) but I friggin hate to wake up so early in the morning! It is because I know that I won't be able to sleep anymore once I am awake. Anyway, I had my breakfast quite early than usual today.

I made some yummy french toast and brew a cup of tea (the vanilla robust teabag I got from Auggy) to kickstart my day. Since I have some butter and cinnamon powder left in the fridge, so why not use it to pan-fried french toast right? The scent of the tea is very aromatic and smells like VANILLA *laughs! Normally during school days, I will just have some simple and easy breakfast like banana, yoghurt, bread with peanut butter spread, fibre bar or milk for breakfast. How I wish I am back in Malaysia now! So that I could have my all-time favorite food like fried kway teow, kuih-muih, peanut pancake, kolo mee, lao shu fen, BBQ pork bun, roti canai, chee cheong fun, dim sum and etc. for breakfast and morning tea! Thinking about all those food that I can hardly find them in Brisbane just make me feel like wolf down everything once I go back to Malaysia. 21 more days to go, I'm a happy kid now!

I am going to cook some lunch and continue studying Math1052. I don't think I can procrastinate any further!

PS: French toast recipe adapted from Pioneer woman, http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2010/05/cinnamon-baked-french-toast/ If you don't want to mess up your kitchen, there's another simple option to go for, try the recipe from Lily Wai Sek Hong, http://lilyng2000.blogspot.com/2007/04/french-toast.html.
