Continental "cook in bag"

I bought this Continental teriyaki fish flavored 'cook in bag' thingie from Woolworth last week. I used it to cook salmon for lunch today. It is the most convenient and easy way to prepare your meals in high nutritional value. Best invention ever! You just have to mix the recipe base together with some water, soy sauce and honey. I used dark soy sauce to replace honey instead. Too bad I finished the leftover honey to bake honey cornflakes cups last week. And just put whatever vegetables you want into the provided oven bag. Next, lay the salmon over your favorite veggies and pour in the liquid mixture. You can substitute salmon with any fish you like. I am using salmon because I think salmon always goes well with teriyaki sauce. Last and final step, you just have to tie a knot, put into the oven and let it bake for about 20 minutes. The result came out quite good. The flesh is tender and juicy! It is very different from baking salmon with aluminum foil wrapping which turns out to be dry and a little bit burnt if you don't brush the fish with enough oil. It is really convenient for lazy people like me! BIG SMILE! Continental cook in bag totally saves my time!
