Crunchy Dou Sa Bing

My mom and I baked "Dou Sa Bing" the previous night.

It's one of a kind of dim sum that Hong Kongers must have as their breakfast. It's something not to miss out. It's tantalizingly delicious and so crunchy once bitten.
